Valet & Scent Trays
Explore four small natural stone tray concepts for everyday essentials, watches and rings, jewellery presentation, and fragrance discovery bottles. DeHong Stone develops these references for custom stone trays, small-batch wholesale and OEM briefs. Compare the layouts below, then confirm the stone, usable dimensions, finish and packaging through sampling before production.
Supplied product photographs for discussing form, arrangement and visible appearance. Confirm stone identity, dimensions and suitability for your project through sample review; these references are not a stock catalogue or a customer delivery case.
A tray, pump dispenser and small vessel arranged together. Use the grouping to prepare a room-amenity brief and review lifting clearance.A rectangular tray groups a pump dispenser and soap dish. Review their real footprints and clearance before setting the tray dimensions.A square vessel and oval tray show how an accessory footprint relates to the supporting tray. Agree the usable area with the actual amenities.Contrasting trays show several ways to arrange a small object group. Select the final material and finish with a sample.
Compare honed and polished finish directions on the selected stone. Mark a softened edge or proposed chamfer in your drawing, and review the rim, divider and recess transitions on the sample. The usable compartment and the feel of the edge matter alongside the overall shape.
A custom travertine valet tray can be evaluated from your drawing or reference images, with the usable compartments, visible pores, any filling and contact surfaces reviewed on the selected stone. Cream travertine is one proposed material direction in this series, not a guarantee of available stock. For watches and jewellery, discuss contact pads or optional soft lining. For fragrance bottles, provide the base dimensions and intended handling. A polished appearance does not establish scratch-proof storage or resistance to fragrance liquids. Confirm the surface, any protective treatment and cleaning requirements for the actual project before approving the sample.
For valet use, show how keys, rings or other essentials should be separated and reached. This helps us review recess access and dividers instead of copying an outline without knowing its purpose. For a small-batch order, list the quantity for each layout and material, any logo or separate insert, and the intended destination. Compare the approved sample and protective packing before confirming the production specification and quotation.
Design reference / Project-specific approval
Dimensions, finish & fit to review
Use these proposed sizes as starting points for a custom brief. They are not measured production results, stock specifications or guaranteed tolerances.
Proposed dimensions only. Confirm actual dimensions through physical sampling.
Finish directions
Honed or polished, subject to stone and sample approval.
Review the recesses, rim and transitions as well as the top face. Discuss softened edges, a proposed chamfer and surface-contact protection on the sample.
Critical dimensions & tolerances
Mark the usable recesses, divider, rim and any raised island. Share the dimensions and intended handling of bottles, watches or jewellery.
Agree recess fit, divider and rim dimensions around the actual contents and any lining. The reference does not establish scratch resistance or fragrance-liquid resistance.
Numeric tolerances are agreed in the project drawing and approved specification after material and technical review.
A custom travertine valet tray can be reviewed for everyday essentials, while a bathroom tray needs a separate brief for bottles, cleaning and countertop contact. Confirm the actual material and use through sampling.
Purpose & layoutSeparate watch and ring areas for bedside organisation or watch-brand and jewellery retail presentation.

For wholesale & OEM buyers
Before your first tray sample.
Use these questions to prepare a brief for a custom natural stone tray or a mixed small-batch collection.
Are these trays ready-stock products or design references?
They are Custom Production References for made-to-order development. Product visuals show design directions, not confirmed stock or completed production cases. Proposed dimensions and estimated weights remain subject to physical sampling and packing measurement.
What should I confirm on a tray sample?
Review the intended contents, usable recess dimensions, divider or raised details, edge feel, stone variation, finish and any optional lining. Approve logo details and protective packing, then record actual product weight, packed weight and carton dimensions. Prototype cost, any sample-fee credit and timing are confirmed in the project quotation.
Can I customize a tray for my brand or an OEM brief?
DeHong Stone can review your sample, drawing or reference for compact dimensions, shape, recess layout, available natural stone, finish, logo engraving and packaging. Feasibility, stone strength, engraving details and any soft inserts are assessed through sampling before production approval.
Can a wholesale order combine different tray designs?
Mixed models, sizes or stone options can be reviewed as one procurement brief. List the requested quantity for each design, material and finish. MOQ and production feasibility are confirmed per variant; a one-off prototype is quoted separately. No fixed minimum quantity or automatic price tier is implied by this collection.
Which stone and finish can I specify?
The table shows the proposed material for each design, including marble, a Green Peacock natural stone direction and cream travertine. Confirm actual material availability, the slab or agreed variation range, finish and price in the project quotation. Colour, veining and pores vary naturally; a rendering does not guarantee the final stone pattern.
Are the trays suitable for food or direct fragrance-liquid contact?
These concepts are presented for decorative use. Food-contact suitability, scratch-proof storage and resistance to direct fragrance liquids are not assumed. Share the intended contents and cleaning routine so that surface-contact protection, lining and any specific use requirements can be reviewed with the sample.
Request a product-specific quote for Valet & Scent Trays. These are reference quantities, subject to design, stone availability and an agreed product mix.
Edit the quantity in the enquiry form. For multi-piece designs, state whether you mean pieces or complete sets. Sampling, tooling, product price, packaging and freight are confirmed in the written quotation; no fixed price or discount is implied.
Custom Production Reference · measurement pending. Product visuals show design directions for custom development. Product sizes and packing dimensions are proposals; net and packed weights are estimates. Actual weights and final carton measurements will be recorded after sampling. No measured shipping data or fixed delivery date is implied.
For a hotel bathroom or guestroom, define the usable interior around the actual amenity bottles. A valet or fragrance display reference is a starting point; bathroom use and cleaning compatibility require their own review.
Usable space
Available countertop area, bottle footprints, pump clearance and the arrangement for each room type. Distinguish outside size from the usable interior.
Handling and cleaning
Who moves the tray, where it will be cleaned and the exact cleaning products. Review lifting access, wet contact and drying on the assembled sample.
Components
Any removable liner, separate soap dish or protective feet; their materials, attachment and replacement requirements.
Room rollout
Quantity by room type, spare requirements and destination. Keep the approved sample, drawing and component revision together for reorders.
Is every stone tray suitable for a hotel bathroom?
No universal wet-area or cleaner-compatibility claim is made. Evaluate the chosen stone, finish, liners and feet with the actual amenities and housekeeping routine. Natural variation and surface treatment need project-specific approval.
How should I brief a small hotel tray order?
Send a countertop photo and dimensions, amenity bottle dimensions, quantity by room type, material preference and delivery destination. Identify the proposed cleaning routine. Agree a sample review before confirming the production specification, quantity and shipment.
