Enquiries and quotations
This website presents design directions and procurement information, not a retail checkout or a binding price offer. Sending an enquiry does not place an order. Stone availability, design feasibility, quantity, pricing, payment arrangements and quotation validity are confirmed in writing for the project.
Made-to-order designs and natural variation
Current product pages are marked Custom Production Reference or Concept Collection. Renderings show design intent; styling accessories are excluded. Natural tone, veining, pores and inclusions vary. Agree the sample, slab selection or acceptable material range before production; an identical repeat of every natural pattern is not promised.
Samples and technical approval
MOQ, prototype fees, tooling or development costs and any sample-fee credit are project-specific. Confirm dimensions, tolerances, finish, logo details, intended use and packaging in the approved specification. Website weights and carton measurements labelled as estimates remain planning figures until the physical product and packing are measured.
Food contact, water containment, load limits, special coatings or other performance requirements must be raised in the brief and agreed before manufacture. They are not implied by a reference visual.
Artwork and reference material
Provide drawings, images and brand marks you are entitled to share for the project. Tell us about confidentiality requirements before sending sensitive design files. Agree logo position, scale, reproduction method and appearance through artwork and sample approval.
Production timing and changes
Sample and production schedules depend on material confirmation, technical approval, quantity, processing and packing. Shipping time is separate. Changes after approval may affect feasibility, price or timing and require a revised written agreement. No universal delivery deadline is stated on this website.
Packaging, freight and delivery
Compact orders may be suitable for international courier. Mixed-carton consolidation or LCL can be reviewed for larger combined orders. Final packing dimensions, actual packed weight, carrier acceptance and the selected shipping service determine the freight quotation.
The quotation should identify the agreed Incoterms, named place, freight, duties, taxes, insurance and destination charges, including what is and is not included. Do not assume these charges are included unless the quotation says so.
Receipt, quality concerns and cancellations
Check the received quantity, product condition and packaging against the agreed documents. Report a concern promptly with the order reference and clear photographs, keeping relevant packaging while it is reviewed. We assess the issue against the approved sample, specification and agreed delivery terms.
Cancellation, changes, returns and remedies for a custom order must be confirmed in its written terms, subject to applicable rights. This website does not publish a blanket refund or return promise.
