Who handles your enquiry

DeHong Stone is based in Huangshi, Hubei, China. We supply compact natural stone objects for global wholesale, customization and small-batch OEM. Contact hefeng@dehongstone.com about your information or this policy.

Information you choose to share

Our enquiry form collects your name, company, email, market, product and stone-pattern brief, quantity and message. You can send reference images or documents separately by email or WhatsApp. There is no customer account or payment checkout on this site.

Send business-relevant information and references you have permission to use. Please do not send payment-card details, identity documents or other information unnecessary for the project.

How the information is used

We use the details to review your request, communicate about materials and samples, prepare a quotation and coordinate an agreed project. Enquiries are stored in our access-controlled business system. Submission of a project brief does not subscribe you to a newsletter.

The form uses a request identifier to avoid duplicate submissions and a daily hash derived from the connecting address for submission rate controls. The website form handler does not write your enquiry content or raw address to its application logs.

Website hosting and analytics

Cloudflare provides hosting, delivery and security services and may process technical request information. The site also retains its existing Cloudflare traffic measurement. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

Optional Google Analytics helps us understand page use and contact-link clicks. It is loaded only when you allow it below. We do not send form entries or full URL query strings as analytics event fields. A limited set of approved campaign labels may be used to understand how a visit reached this site. Google Analytics may use first-party cookies; see Google’s privacy policy.

Use the analytics choice shown on your first visit, or return through Analytics preferences in the footer. A confirmed enquiry may record a generate_lead event after you opt in. Its analytics fields contain no enquiry text, receipt ID, email address or other form entries. Turning analytics off does not prevent contacting us.

Email, WhatsApp and service providers

Clicking an email or WhatsApp link opens an external service. Files are attached and sent within that service, under its own terms and privacy practices. Information needed to answer or fulfil your request may be processed through our communication, hosting and business-system providers. Cross-border enquiries may involve processing in China and in locations used by those providers.

Pinterest connection in DeHong Stone ERP

DeHong Stone ERP is an internal business tool at erp.huanxiongwanfu.com. The owner connects the company Pinterest business account through Pinterest’s official OAuth authorization page. The ERP does not collect your Pinterest password.

The connection reads basic account information and existing public boards so the owner can select a publishing destination and verify access. The ERP stores the selected account and board identifiers, connection status, authorization tokens and relevant activity records. Access and refresh tokens are encrypted in server-side storage. The requested permissions are user_accounts:read, boards:read, pins:read and pins:write; private boards, advertising and third-party customer accounts are outside the current integration.

Product images, titles, descriptions, alt text and links prepared in the ERP are used for the owner’s reviewed publishing workflow. Connecting an account does not create or publish a Pin. Once publishing is enabled, a reviewed publishing request transmits the selected content and board identifier to Pinterest. The integration and its records are hosted through Cloudflare and access to connection management is restricted to the ERP owner.

You can revoke the application’s access in Pinterest account settings. Revocation stops authorized API access but does not itself delete records already stored in the ERP. Contact hefeng@dehongstone.com to request review, correction or deletion of the connection information and related records. Requests are handled after verifying the requester, with any records that must be retained for applicable obligations identified separately.

Retention and your requests

Enquiry and project information is retained for follow-up, project administration and applicable record-keeping needs. The relevant period depends on the relationship and the records involved. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion, or to object to further project follow-up. We may need to verify the request and retain records where applicable requirements or an ongoing transaction require it.
