Stone Object Packaging.
Worldwide delivery options.
Compact stone samples and small orders can be quoted for international courier. Mixed cartons and LCL are reviewed for larger combined orders after protective packing, actual packed weight and carton dimensions are confirmed.
01 / Single piece or sample
Request an international express courier quote with your full delivery postcode. Each product uses surface protection, fitted cushioning and a strong outer carton. Acceptance and service availability are confirmed for the destination.
02 / Mixed orders
Combine different models in one procurement brief. Pieces remain individually separated and protected. Final carton size and actual packed weight are measured after the mixed packing layout is approved.
03 / Consolidation & LCL
Compare parcel consolidation, consolidated air cargo and less-than-container-load (LCL) sea freight for larger combined orders. We review origin handling, destination costs and final delivery rather than assuming sea freight is always cheaper.
04 / Sample before shipping
Actual net weight, final outer dimensions and packed weight are not available for concept products until a physical sample is made and packed. All published planning numbers remain estimates.
Actual weight.
Volumetric weight.
For the estimates on this site, volumetric weight (kg) = outer carton length × width × height (cm) ÷ 5,000. For example, 23 × 18 × 11 cm gives 0.91 kg. Couriers usually compare packed actual weight with volumetric weight; the higher basis applies, with carrier rounding and service rules.
Our calculation is based on proposed cartons. It is not a verified billable weight, guaranteed parcel acceptance or a freight quotation. Confirm the applicable divisor and rates with the chosen carrier.

Protection matched
to the shipment.
We plan cushioning, separation and outer protection around the approved sample. Compact courier parcels and consolidated shipments require different packing arrangements.

Protective Foam Materials
Foam materials are prepared for surface protection and separation.

Reinforced Carton Construction
Timber reinforcement is available where the shipment requires it. This construction detail shows crate packing; individual small objects use project-specific parcel packaging.
Packaging and loading
A short look at wood-framed packages in the workshop and loading area.

Wood-framed packaging
This photograph shows the frame around the cartons. The packing method for your stone objects is reviewed against the approved sample and shipping route.
Sample release checklist
Approved product dimensions; measured net weight; agreed finish and tolerances; final carton dimensions; measured packed weight; protective insert; chosen carrier and destination.
Built for small batches
Compact forms help limit packing volume and simplify handling. Protection remains essential: stone is brittle, and packaging must be reviewed against the actual prototype and shipping route.
Stone Object Packaging and Shipping
Protective export packaging is developed around the approved prototype and shipping route. The packing method, carton or crate details, and shipping terms are confirmed before dispatch.
Review separate surface protection, fitted cushioning, protection around thin edges and the outer carton. Pack lids and separate components so they cannot contact each other in transit. Record net weight, packed weight and external dimensions; carrier acceptance and any transit-testing requirements are then agreed for the order.

The destination and complete packed order determine the suitable service.
Include the destination country and postcode, quantity per model, delivery needs and any access restrictions. For mixed cartons or LCL, compare handling, freight, destination charges and final delivery as well as transit time. The quotation identifies agreed Incoterms, duties, taxes and insurance; no worldwide flat rate or universal transit promise is implied.
