Sample approval
For Signature Plaque, review the readable face, edge finish and actual logo artwork at the proposed scale in the physical sample. Confirm dimensions, finish, stone variation and any logo before production. Prototype cost, any sample-fee credit and timing are confirmed in the quotation.
MOQ & mixed orders
The production MOQ for Signature Plaque is confirmed by design and material. The review includes engraving method, plaque thickness and artwork versions. A one-off prototype is quoted separately; mixed-model quantities require confirmation.
Packaging review

How does natural stone vary from the images or samples?
Natural stone is a geological material. Each slab may vary in tone, veining, movement, mineral inclusions, pores and surface character. A small sample is a reference, not a guarantee of an identical full-size pattern. Final selection is confirmed against an approved sample, slab or agreed material range before production.
Do you provide samples?
Yes. Samples can be produced for qualified projects. Sample fees are quoted according to the stone, size, processing, finishing and packaging requirements. Where agreed in advance, the sample fee may be credited against a subsequent production order.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom stone items?
MOQ depends on the product design, stone type, finish, customization level and packaging method. Sample, trial, wholesale and volume orders are quoted for the specific product. How are small orders shipped?
