This short film shows a rotating cylindrical tool working into a veined stone block with multiple circular openings. Water is visible around the tool and work surface, and the camera moves from a closer view to a wider view of the working area.

When a custom stone component needs an opening or recess, the drawing should describe its position, diameter, depth and relationship to the surrounding material. The stone, remaining wall sections and intended use need review together. Dimensions and tolerances are agreed for the actual project and checked through the sample process.

This footage does not establish a measured tolerance, a machine specification or the final use of the drilled pieces. It is a processing record, not proof of a completed inspection, an available stock quantity or the manufacture of every design concept on this website.

What the video shows

  • Wet drilling with a cylindrical tool at a stone block.
  • Rows of circular openings already visible in the workpiece.
  • A wider view of the equipment, water flow and working area.
