These answers cover the stocked HuanXiong WanFu sintered stone collection. Custom natural stone projects are confirmed individually.
| What is the minimum order quantity? | The minimum order is 10 pieces. Buyers may combine different stocked stone patterns and standard sizes within the same order. |

| Which sizes are available from stock? | The stocked sintered stone series is available with 25 × 25 cm and 30 × 30 cm square bases. Standard heights are 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80 and 90 cm. Custom dimensions are available for project orders. |
| What materials can DeHong Stone manufacture? | The stocked pedestal collection uses 9 mm sintered stone. Custom projects can also use natural marble, quartz stone and selected premium natural stones, including translucent stone specified for suitable backlit applications. |
| What is the difference between the open-base and closed-base versions? | The basic open-base version can be used upright as a display pedestal or reversed for decorative planter use with an optional inner pot or liner. The upgraded closed-base version has a fixed bottom panel for improved stability and added protection from dust, ground moisture and insects. It is used only as a display pedestal. |
| Can stone pedestals be used outdoors? | Yes, selected materials and structures can be used in covered terraces, balconies, courtyards and other outdoor settings. The final material and construction should be confirmed according to exposure, climate and project requirements. |
| How are export orders packed? | Standard export packing includes stretch film, EPE foam, a carton and an export wooden case with edge protection. All export orders include wooden cases by default. Final packed dimensions and gross weight are confirmed on the quotation or proforma invoice. |
| What are the typical production lead times? | Typical lead times after order confirmation are 10 days for up to 50 pieces, 15 days for 51–100 pieces and 20 days for 101–200 pieces. Custom materials and designs are confirmed separately. |
| Which trade and payment terms are available? | Standard trade terms are EXW Huangshi, China, or FOB at a named port in China. Standard payment is a 30% deposit with the 70% balance paid before shipment. |
| What information is needed for a quotation? | Please provide the destination country and city or port, preferred stone pattern or material, base size, height, structure, quantity and any logo or packing requirements. Freight, duties, taxes, clearance and local delivery are quoted separately unless included in the signed quotation. |
